Pickup only provided for service booked with SIC or Private transfers, no transfer service is provided if only ticket is booked Be ready at hotel lobby min 45 - 60 min prior as we will schedule pickups as per hotels. For any pickup outside Bur Dubai / Deira, extra charges will apply. For pick up from Dubai Airport Terminal 1/2/3, extra charges will apply. You may arrive at the nearby hotel/location by yourself. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
(1) For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
(2) If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
(3) Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
(4) Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time
